The key services offered by NimbusPost are domestic shipping, global shipping, and global fulfilment services.

DQ: What were the company's goals and objectives when it was founded?

Yash Jain: The company aimed at resolving eCom merchants’ shipping hassles by giving them a 3600 integrated shipping solution with a tech-based logistics platform. Backed with the latest AI, AI technology, machine learning, automation, and a team of 500+ technologically sound engineers and logistics experts, NimbusPost has established itself as the most trusted shipping partner in India.

DQ: What are your growth plans for the next year?

Yash Jain: We have achieved four-fold growth in the past year, and are looking forward to a 10X growth. Further, we are planning to expand our presence across the world by entering the logistics space in the US, Australia and different SEA countries.

DQ: What were the major challenges the company has faced till now?

Yash Jain: Initially, the major challenge for us was to understand how we can minimize the technology hassles of sellers, and what would be the right way to increase their delivery reach. We wanted to build a platform that covers the 360-degree shipping needs of online sellers.

To overcome such challenges, we developed a tech-enabled logistics platform using AI and other advanced technologies and brought together India’s leading national and local 27+ courier partners on our platform. Using the multiple courier facility, the sellers can now easily deliver goods across 29,000+ pin codes at the earliest.

Furthermore, to ensure ease of shipping for our valuable clients, we introduced maximum eCommerce integrations with platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Unicommerce, and others.

DQ: How is your company helping in the growth of logistic industry in India?
