Moving up fast on the satisfaction chain, NIIT had 90.9% employees very
excited about the work they handled (ranked 3) and were also upbeat about the
value they add to the company. Almost 88% felt that their job was secure and
also felt a high level of commitment towards the company.
As compared to the industry average of 50.6%, NIIT Smart had 69.7% employees
feeling that their salary structure was quite tax efficient. However, only 45.5%
felt that they were paid enough for the work they did and no more than 42.4%
were satisfied with the perks and benefits available to them.
On the good side, 63.6% said that their job was not stressful, against the
industry average of 43.9%. Only 12.1% were willing to quit for another company,
but 21.2% would quit willingly if another reputed company offered them a 20%
raise.
