NIC Recruitment 2020: Engineers can Apply for 495 Scientist Vacancies, Salary up to Rs 1,77,500

NIC recruitment 2020 is currently underway for Scientist B, Scientific or Technical Assistant A vacancies. National Informatics Centre (NIC), which was established in 1976, is involved in building e-Government or e-Governance applications. The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) has invited applications, on behalf of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), from eligible and qualified candidates for filling up the vacancies NIC. Selected candidates will also be eligible for a salary of Rs 56,100 to 1,77,500 for Scientist B, and Rs 35,400 to 1,12,400 for Scientific or Technical Assistant A vacancies.

For the Scientist B vacancies, candidates with a BE, BTech, DOEACC B-level, AMIE, GIETE, MSc, MCA, ME, MTech or MPhil in Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Computer Sciences, Communication, Computer and Networking Security, Computer Application, Software System, Information Technology, Information Technology Management, Informatics, Computer Management, Cyber law, or Electronics and Instrumentation can apply.

For Scientific or Technical Assistant A vacancies candidates with a BE, BTech, MSc, MS, or MCA in Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Electronics and Telecommunications, Computer Sciences, Computer and Networking Security, Software System, Information Technology, or Informatics can apply.

How to Apply for NIC Recruitment 2020?

Interested and eligible candidates need to apply online on the official NIELIT website before 26 March 2020 5 pm IST. Candidates would also be required to pay an online application fee of Rs 800; however, SC, ST, PWD, and Women candidates are exempted from paying the fee. Eligible candidates will be selected through a written examination and interview for Scientist B post and only through written examination for Scientific or Technical Assistant A post.
