Can you give an overview of emerging technologies you have deployed?

In current scenarios where business models are transformed into IT-enabled process for both internal and external to enhance customer experience, increase productivity by leveraging the emerging technology whereby we have deployed :

– IOT – Global positioning system in primary and secondary logistics for route optimization, tracking and maintaining a temperature which helps us to maintain and increase the level of the quality.

-Cloud Computing – (DRaaS) – Disaster Recovery as a Service (Cloud Computing) helps us to create the Risk Management framework & business continuity Process in the organization.

-Cloud Computing – (BaaS) – Backup as a Service on Cloud this solution avoids huge CAPEX in and created seamless real-time sync of endpoint backup on the cloud.

-Mobility – Sales Force which helps Sales team and Customers/ Distributors to directly connect with the company network and give the digital inputs and digitally delivery orders too and uploading day to day grievances on the mobile portal in real time basis. Mobility for Enhancing Employee digital experience by providing them with a digital mobile portal. This has created the culture of execution in the organization by employees at all level.

Which are the functions/departments in your organization that is starting first with the emerging technologies?

Supply Chain functions – GPS for fleet tracking, Sensor-based heat treatment of water, Sensors based alarm and cloud-based notification system to protect the theft.

Sales & Distribution – Mobility for customer delight

HR – Mobile based employee self-service portal to mark attendance, OD, leave request, Advance Request, Travel Request enhanced the internal visibility and automation of HR processes.

Procurement – Process Automation helps in integrating the weighbridge and testing equipment’s to avoid manual interventions.

How will emerging technologies like AI, Machine Learning, IOT, Big Data, Augmented Reality, Analytics etc will change the fabric of IT organizations?

In the present digital era business verticals are running in a multidimensional mode where Artificial intelligence enables the transition from basic marketing to digital marketing to anticipating customer’s needs. Augmented reality will bring full brand visibility and interactive imagery and effective live scaled-up contents in the branding landscape. Artificial intelligence may help the production process by performing the complex task which are very difficult for humans to perform. Machine learning helps industries to analyze huge data sets to learn specific behavior which allows computers to recognize patterns and learn new actions without being specifically programmed.
