A pure play network cabling integrator, Sigma-Byte continued to focus on
select verticals such as BFSI, IT/BPO, oil and energy which together contributed
over 85% of its revenues. Internet data centers, collocation facilities, telecom
facilities and contact centers all across Indian subcontinent proved to be
Sigma-Bytes happy hunting ground. However, its overall revenues dipped
considerably due to the decrease in large value enterprise deals. Network
optimization and testing projects, saw higher traction. Its Systimax business
continued to perform well and it launched AV business last year with the
formation of Sigma-Byte AV Solutions.
