Wipro partners with CrowdStrike to launch AI-powered security service

Wipro has expanded its partnership with CrowdStrike to launch CyberShield MDR, a managed security service that combines AI-driven automation with unified security operations. The service is built on CrowdStrike Falcon Next-Gen SIEM and is supported by Wipro’s global network of Cyber Defence Centres.

Tackling fragmented security operations

Enterprises face increasing challenges as fragmented security tools generate large volumes of alerts that are difficult to prioritise. This fragmentation creates gaps across endpoints, cloud workloads, identity systems, and data, leaving organisations exposed.

CyberShield MDR addresses these issues by integrating threat visibility and response across multiple layers. With Falcon Next-Gen SIEM, the platform brings together data from the Falcon ecosystem and third-party sources, enriched with real-time threat intelligence. This combination is designed to detect attacks faster, simplify operations, and contain breaches before they spread.

Ecosystem approach

The offering also integrates capabilities from Wipro Ventures portfolio companies Simbian and Tuskira. These partners, combined with Wipro’s cybersecurity expertise, extend the platform’s coverage to breach protection, proactive defence, and rapid response.

The services will be hosted and managed from eight Cyber Defence Centres worldwide, giving Wipro the reach to support enterprises across regions.

Daniel Bernard, Chief Business Officer at CrowdStrike, said the Falcon platform enhances Wipro’s CyberShield services by providing real-time attack detection and faster response. He added that the partnership aims to reduce operational costs, improve time-to-value, and strengthen customer confidence against advanced threats.

The CyberShield MDR unified security service will be formally launched at CrowdStrike Fal.Con 2025.
