Salesforce has announced a strategic partnership with Jaquar Group, India's prominent brand in bathroom and lighting solutions, to accelerate its digital transformation journey. This collaboration aims to consolidate customer data, enhance field team efficiency, and streamline overall operations through a single, AI-powered, mobile-first platform.

The partnership will see Jaquar Group implementing a comprehensive suite of Salesforce solutions. This includes Consumer Goods Cloud to boost sales effectiveness, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Partner Community Cloud to streamline pricing and foster stronger collaboration with partners, and Field Service to empower both internal teams and contractors with improved on-ground service delivery. Additionally, Tableau, Salesforce's robust analytics platform, will be integrated to drive enterprise-wide data analysis, facilitating data-driven decision-making across Jaquar Group's sales and service functions.

With a significant global footprint in over 55 countries and a workforce exceeding 12,000, Jaquar Group is adopting Salesforce as its primary end-to-end customer-facing solution across its key divisions, including Bath and Light. This strategic move aligns with Jaquar’s long-term vision of establishing a scalable and intelligent platform that offers a comprehensive 360-degree view of each customer. It will connect previously siloed data sources, enabling faster and smarter business decisions.

The collaboration underscores Jaquar Group's commitment to leveraging data, AI, and automation to adapt to evolving customer expectations and dynamic markets. Salesforce's role is to support Jaquar in embedding intelligence into every customer interaction and operational touchpoint, setting new benchmarks for operational excellence in the manufacturing and consumer goods sectors. This initiative is also poised to benefit from Salesforce's ongoing product innovations, including Salesforce Agentforce, a platform designed to enable AI agents to autonomously take action across business functions, creating a digital workforce that amplifies human potential.
