Rashi Peripherals Limited, an ICT distribution partner for global technology brands in India, has reported a 12.1% year-on-year (YoY) increase in Profit After Tax (PAT) for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026. The company’s EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation) grew by 23% YoY to Rs. 1,114 million. This growth was attributed to improved cost discipline and a better mix of high-margin business segments. The EBITDA margin stood at 3.53%, a jump of around 140 basis points from the previous year.

While the reported revenue for Q1 FY26 was Rs. 31,521 million, down from Rs. 42,745 million in Q1 FY25, the company clarified this was due to a one-time AI server deal in the previous year. Excluding that project business, revenue grew by 11.4% YoY.

Managing Director Kapal Pansari stated that the company’s performance was strong, particularly in the Personal Computing, Enterprise, and Cloud Solutions (PES) segment. He noted that the company’s strategic focus on integrating AI solutions is delivering meaningful results and positioning the company in a "transformative shift". The company also reported that its surveillance business grew significantly.
