Nagarro has announced that it is now an OpenAI Services Partner. The move positions the digital engineering company to support enterprises across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region as they adopt tools such as the OpenAI API and ChatGPT Enterprise.
The partnership comes at a time when many organisations are experimenting with AI but still struggle to bring it into daily operations. Nagarro aims to close that gap by offering advisory and engineering support to help businesses deploy generative models more confidently.
Rahul Mahajan, Global Chief Technology Officer at Nagarro, said the partnership strengthens the company’s long-standing focus on practical AI adoption. “Becoming an OpenAI Services Partner reinforces our commitment to helping enterprises adopt AI in a responsible and outcome-driven way,” he said. He added that the goal is to apply AI to business problems connected to automation, decision support, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
What the partnership means for APAC enterprises
OpenAI noted Nagarro’s track record of helping large organisations build and roll out generative AI systems. Anthony Russell, APAC Partnerships Lead at OpenAI, said, “Nagarro has strong experience helping enterprises adopt generative AI solutions built on OpenAI models. As a Services Partner, they support customers in deploying AI responsibly, building internal capability and realising long-term value across a range of industry use cases.”
Nagarro works with clients across retail, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and telecom. The company’s teams focus on designing and testing AI systems that can scale across the complicated setups found within large enterprises.
Engineering depth and an expanding AI toolkit
A central piece of Nagarro’s approach is its Fluidic Intelligence framework. The method brings AI-native engineering techniques into enterprise workflows to help reduce process delays and improve productivity. The firm believes that this structured approach makes it easier for organisations to integrate AI with existing systems.
Beyond engineering support, Nagarro continues to invest in AI centers of excellence, research into agentic systems, and training programs built for enterprise teams. These efforts aim to help customers build internal skills rather than rely only on external support.
A growing AI footprint
Nagarro has been expanding rapidly, with around 17,700 employees across 39 countries. The company positions itself as a digital-first engineering partner for businesses that want to modernise operations and innovate faster.
For APAC organisations exploring generative AI, the OpenAI partnership may act as a bridge between early experimentation and large-scale deployment. Many companies in the region are still evaluating AI’s impact on regulation, governance, and workforce readiness. With this alliance, Nagarro hopes to guide enterprises through these hurdles with clearer strategies and tested engineering practices.
