Since entering the Indian market last year, Docusign has introduced a new SaaS category and its intelligent agreement management (IAM) platform. The company aims to help organizations overcome the challenges of outdated systems and inefficient agreements.

Docusign India will focus on areas like data platform, partner integrations, AI/ML, and cloud engineering. The company has over 1.5 million customers and 1 billion users globally.
