Deloitte India launches Near Zero Cost Migration program with SAP and AWS

Deloitte India, in collaboration with SAP and Amazon Web Services (AWS), has launched the Near Zero Cost Migration program aimed at helping Indian enterprises modernise their ERP systems by migrating to the AI-powered RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud platform. The initiative is designed to reduce the financial and operational barriers that often slow down digital transformation journeys, especially for SAP’s existing ERP customers.

This joint program combines Deloitte’s domain expertise, SAP’s next-generation cloud ERP capabilities, and AWS’s robust cloud infrastructure. It offers businesses a unique opportunity to move to a modern, cloud-based ERP solution with minimal upfront investment. By leveraging this initiative, organisations can accelerate their move to the cloud, benefit from automated tools, and ensure a smoother, faster transition with minimal disruptions.

The Near Zero Cost Migration program is available exclusively to businesses in India until July 2025. It focuses on delivering tangible value by enabling a structured and automated migration process. Deloitte will deploy its suite of AI-driven tools and accelerators, including MigrateX, a proprietary solution that automates critical migration tasks such as system assessment, SAP Note analysis, customer-vendor integration (CVI) deduplication, and testing. These tools significantly reduce the time, complexity, and human effort typically involved in an ERP migration.

AWS brings its deep experience in running SAP environments on the cloud, offering secure, scalable, and high-performance infrastructure. With features such as disaster recovery options that ensure zero data loss and high availability, organisations can rely on AWS to maintain continuity and operational excellence during and after the migration.
