Deloitte announced the launch of its Asia Pacific (AP) Agentic AI Centre of Excellence (CoE), strategically located across India, Malaysia, and Singapore. This significant investment is poised to accelerate the adoption of scalable and trusted agentic AI solutions for organisations throughout the region. The new CoE will unite over 6,000 practitioners from across Asia Pacific, supporting a robust pipeline of AI implementations with a projected value exceeding US$1 billion.
The AP Agentic AI CoE is closely integrated with Deloitte’s Global Agentic Network, a vast ecosystem connecting delivery centres in North America, Asia Pacific, and EMEA. This global alignment allows the CoE to leverage Deloitte’s extensive alliances and platforms, empowering clients to design, build, and deploy sophisticated digital workforces at scale.
This initiative marks a pivotal moment for human-AI collaboration, particularly in India. The CoE aims to help clients redefine the very nature of work, moving beyond simple automation and efficiency gains to unlock entirely new sources of value. This represents a fundamental shift from AI as an incremental enhancement to AI as a catalyst for transformative change, enabling businesses to redesign workflows, implement autonomous processes, and build more adaptive and responsive operating models. Deloitte's focus remains on guiding clients through this transition responsibly, fostering an AI-powered future that is both innovative and resilient.
Deloitte’s AP Agentic AI CoE offers a powerful combination of deep industry insight and cutting-edge technology to drive meaningful AI transformation. Through its collaboration with NVIDIA, Deloitte will support clients with the Zora AI by Deloitte technology stack. This enterprise-ready suite of digital agents is capable of autonomously executing business-critical tasks across various functions, including finance, procurement, sales, and marketing, with impressive speed and accuracy. The CoE will also play a crucial role in enabling the rapid development and validation of Proof of Concepts (POCs). It achieves this by providing centralized expertise, reusable tools, and structured methodologies, thereby streamlining innovation, reducing development time, and offering a dedicated environment for experimentation.
The establishment of the AP Agentic AI CoE is particularly significant for the Indian AI ecosystem. India's robust digital public infrastructure and deep pool of engineering talent provide a unique foundation to pioneer agentic AI solutions that can address both domestic priorities and global demand. The CoE will facilitate the co-creation of sector-specific autonomous agents that embed India’s rich domain expertise while strictly adhering to Deloitte’s Trustworthy AI principles. This strategic move aims to catalyze a new wave of productivity and position India as a global exporter of trusted agentic AI innovations.
This initiative underscores Deloitte’s unwavering commitment to blending deep industry knowledge with advanced engineering capabilities, building on 180 years of global business expertise. It represents a crucial step in guiding clients from initial experimentation to achieving scaled AI implementation. Agentic AI itself signifies a major evolution in the field, enabling autonomous agents to independently manage complex workflows, learn continuously, and adapt over time. For businesses, this translates into enhanced efficiency through the automation of both routine and advanced tasks, improved decision-making driven by real-time data analysis, and highly scalable solutions that seamlessly adapt to organisational complexities, ultimately freeing up human talent to focus on strategic innovation.
