Accenture has announced an agreement to acquire NeuraFlash, a U.S.-based Salesforce and generative AI consulting company. The move is aimed at strengthening Accenture’s Salesforce business and extending its reach into the mid-market segment.
Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts, NeuraFlash has built a reputation around Salesforce implementations and generative AI solutions for sales, service, and field operations. The company has completed more than 1,000 implementations for over 400 customers worldwide. Its 510 employees, holding more than 2,000 certifications, will join Accenture upon completion of the deal, subject to closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
NeuraFlash brings expertise in Salesforce Agentforce and significant capabilities in Amazon Web Services (AWS), particularly in contact centre automation using machine learning and generative AI. The company has focused on helping clients automate complex business processes, manage change, and run ongoing managed services for their Salesforce environments.
Stephanie Sadowski, senior managing director and global lead of Accenture’s Salesforce Business Group, said the acquisition will help accelerate AI adoption among clients. “By integrating NeuraFlash's expertise, we aim to better serve the mid-market while advancing enterprise adoption of agentic AI and Salesforce-powered services,” she said.
T. Brett Chisholm, CEO and co-founder of NeuraFlash, described the deal as an opportunity to scale globally. “Joining Accenture will allow us to expand our capabilities and bring our AI-powered solutions to more clients and industries,” he said.
With the addition of NeuraFlash, Accenture will deepen its presence in North America, Colombia, and India, while gaining new capabilities in generative AI and mid-market customer engagement. The acquisition terms have not been disclosed.
If approved, the deal will add to Accenture’s ongoing strategy of strengthening its technology and consulting offerings through targeted acquisitions in AI, cloud, and industry-specific services.
