Newgen Software, a provider of Business Process Management (BPM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Customer Communication Management (CCM), and Case Management solutions, successfully hosted its Annual Customer Meet 2016 in Delhi on 14th December, 2016.

This year, the theme of the event was “Yesterday is History, Today is Gone, Be faster than the Fastest- Reinvent Your Workplace”. Focussing on the need for Digital Age decision makers to respond to change faster than ever due to the evolving customer needs and changing business dynamics.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Diwakar Nigam, MD & CEO, Newgen Software, elaborated on the success of the event saying, “It is always enriching to establish a direct connect with customers each year. This year the focus was on the new age digital business and how customers are reinventing their workplaces,leveraging emergent technologies. The meet gives us an opportunity to hear from our customersand analyse their needs. We thank our customers and partners for always being the pillar of strength and support for Newgen.”

At the meet, Newgen experts shared insights on how enterprises can become more agile by innovatively connecting their systems, processes, people and things of business, leveraging technologies like RPA, Analytics, Mobility and Digital Sensing.

The event was a success with over 120 industry leaders, delegates, customers, consultants, and partners participating in it. It was a platform for Newgen’s customers to share insights, discuss industry challenges and understand latest innovations and their applications across businesses.
