It was a year of major changes at this Bangalore-based software services firm. First, founders Prashant Prakash and Atul Jalan left to be replaced by Anand Sudarshan as the new CEO. Then, in July this year, it was acquired by US-based Adea Solutions. Businesswise, Europe continued to be the main geography, bringing in 60% of total revenues, while the US accounted for the remaining 40%. It also acquired 12 new clients, four in the retail space and the rest in healthcare and started working on reusable components to cut costs.
