Neoteric worked on the philosophy of only signing product lines which are
selling well in the international market, but require a push here in India. This
is precisely why the company started a lifestyle product division and added
brands like Epson imaging products, BenQ LCD monitors, OSDs and mobile phones,
Hitachi hard drives and external HDDs from LaCie. But the crowning glory came
with the launch of its gaming division. NeoCare, its third party service
business arm, also prospered bringing more brands under its banner. Former
Ingram Micro top brass Prasad Mamidana also bought out 50% stake in Neoteric
Asia, the company's Singapore subsidiary.
