NEAT Offers an Online Product on Job Readiness for Engineers to Increase their Employability

NEAT has invited undergraduate and postgraduate engineers to take an online product on Job Readiness that aims at making an individual more employable. The course aspires to prepare students for job interviews by offering company-specific placement mocks and over 1000 practice papers.

“The Job Readiness program is aimed at coding aspirants so that they can reach the advanced level of programming with a smooth understanding of each step at ease,” says the NEAT website. Through the online course, students can level up their coding game from conceptual to advanced level in just 60 days, it adds.

Who can take the NEAT Course on Job Readiness?

Since the course aims at getting candidates placed at IT firms and also at imparting a clear conceptualization of their programming language abilities, algorithms, data structure and analysis, through its AI system of metrics and employability index, students pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate engineering programme can enroll for this course. All the students would require is a computer or laptop with 3G Internet connection or Android smart mobile with 3G Internet connection to take the online course.

Duration of the NEAT Course on Job Readiness

The course may take students from three months up to one year, says the website. Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal, the Union Cabinet Minister for Human Resource Development, Government of India, who has been heavily advocating online courses and e-learning, tweeted about the solution saying “Brush up your skills amid lockdown! An AI solution 'Job Readiness' have collaborated with NEAT to prepare students for job interviews in future by offering company-specific placement mocks and 1000+ practice papers,” those interested to know more about the program are advised to go through the NEAT website in detail.
