Nagarro Software operates in the niche OPD space. The companys key strength is
compensation and this became evident with employees giving high scores to salary
hikes. The company has also successfully managed to drive home the point that
its core leadership is well tuned to the companys business goals. Nagarro
attributes employees ratings to its thrust on core leadership routinely
interacting with employees. But despite employee satisfaction on monetary
parameters, Nagarro needs to ramp up its training significantly, as employees
gave lower scores to training being given to them. Interestingly, while
leadership got top ratings, employees are not too satisfied with the feedback
received from their managers. The management agrees that these areas need to be
improved and is making concerted efforts to create an agile appraisal system.
