Mphasis unleashes digital helpdesk with the launch of The Social Room, in collaboration with Soho Square

Mphasis, an IT services provider, along with their year old digital marketing partner Soho Square (an Ogilvy & Mather agency) launched a digital helpdesk known as ‘The Social Room’. This always-on digital helpdesk:

· provides digital strategy and GTM execution for Mphasis solutions and services

· supports social immersion for Mphasis executives

· co-manages social amplification of events, and

· helps employees use digital channels effectively for thought leadership, brand building and e-recruitment.
