MphasiS, an HP company, today announced the appointment of Sanjeev Singh as Senior Vice President and Head of BPO Business, Emerging Markets. In his current role, Sanjeev will oversee the strategic growth and expansion of the BPO business and will be responsible for strengthening client relationships in the emerging geographies.
Sanjeev brings with him over 22 years of experience working across diverse verticals in various capacities. Sanjeev has previously worked with Bharti Airtel as Senior Vice President and Head of Contact Experience, managing various responsibilities including the Call Centres for all lines of business. Prior to Airtel, he worked at Genpact for over 10 years, and was Global Transition Leader in his last position there. He has provided strategic and operational leadership to business teams in the area of telecommunication and Business Process Outsourcing in his previous assignments.

Sanjeev has a Master's degree in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management-Kozhikode and holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras.
