endorsed the positive work environment and the fairness of their workplace. 

Everybody respected its work value and ethics and 97% felt a sense of belonging
to the company. However, it would be unfair to account each of Motif's
successes to the limited ambitions of small town employees.

More than 88% felt the company immediately responds to any problems, 97% felt
it put a high value on honesty and integrity, while more than 94% felt the
training provided was relevant to their work.
