Mobile Dating App "TrulyMadly" On the fifth edition of India Internet Day, CEO and co-founder of TrulyMadly, Sachin Bhatia addressed the gathering speaking about his online dating app TrulyMadly which he began to target single men and women looking for a partner. Bhatia informed that his venture has so far raised Rs. 35 crore in the first round of funding from Helion Venture Partners and Kae Capital. Co-founded along with Hitesh Dhingra and Rahul Kumar, TrulyMadly was launched in August 2014 and was a runaway success, he said. However, he knew that it was important to create a secure platform which would ensure the privacy of its users.

According to Bhatia, youngsters spend most of their time discussing love. This gave him the idea to create a mobile app that allows youngsters to connect and find a partner based on their preferences.

Further Bhatia added,"On their app 30% of initiatives are taken by women, which reflects that men and women are equally open to online dating.”

The app claims that it connects people who are best suited. It connects people based on their religion, likings and choices. The app's Play Store data claims that the app has been downloaded by more than 1 million users.
