Keeping in mind the growing cloud market in India, Microsoft, with its cloud solutions provider and partner Crayon,, recently organized “Microsoft Cloud Solutions Partner Summit”, in Bangalore to further strengthen its footprint in the cloud distribution market. Aimed at extending access to unlimited possibilities, the event witnessed a healthy, enthusiastic turnaround where the partners were successfully guided to build their cloud delivery capabilities for their customers using the Microsoft cloud solutions which come with data residency benefits from Microsoft’s local datacenter.
Held on December13th, 2016, Microsoft Cloud Solutions Partner Summit put the event focus on the need for the partners to actively participate with customers in their growth trajectory by seamlessly navigating on to a virtualized platform – the cloud. The event enabled the partners to ‘Own the end-to-end customer relationship and find a new path to profitability’ which was also the central theme.
In his keynote address Ravi Garg, Director – Hosting & Cloud Services at Microsoft focused on how the partners can make most of the current technology transition with organizations which are gradually evangelizing their cloud journey. Garg emphasized on how they can help customers to adopt Microsoft’s cloud based technology solutions like Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365, Windows Intune and Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS).
Likewise Sarvashrestha Paliwal, Azure Business Lead at Microsoft and D Venkataraman, Sr. Vice President – Channel at Crayon addressed the queries on adoption , migration and scaling up of the cloud ecosystem. The audience and the speakers exchanged the information on the Cloud Solution Provider Program (CSP) which enables customers to adopt value-added solutions and offerings supporting their specific requirements on the cloud.
Successfully concluded, the event witnessed remarkable response to the demos on Partner Onboarding and Cloud-iQ at the Crayon booth.
