Meridian Solutions is a Cloud and Security solutions company in India with 1200+ customer relationships. We specialize in providing solutions for all the IT Applications and Infrastructure requirements of an organization. Meridian team has in-depth experience across verticals spanning healthcare, telecom, manufacturing, education, BFSI and public sector. Tell us about your journey with Crayon Software so far.

We have been engaging with Crayon for nearly 2 years now to address the booming cloud solutions demand of Indian Businesses. We have been able to complement and build on each other’s strengths to provide our customers with a comprehensive suite of Cloud solutions & services and more.

Our consultative approach, backed by Crayons’ strong technical & pre-sales team, has enabled us to provide solutions to many corporates in transitioning their applications to the Cloud. Our Managed services team both at client sites as well as in our technical team works collaboratively with Crayon to address the new service demands of the customers. Our relationship with Crayon creates business value, reduces implementation risk and accelerates speed-to-market for our customers.

How does Crayon Software Solutions help you to grow your customers?

Meridian and Crayon work together to provide a convincing cloud value proposition to our customers. Our engagements with all the customers are aimed at enlightening them of the compelling benefits that cloud solutions are able to offer for their businesses. All our solution propositions are aimed at helping the customer derive the maximum benefits as well as bringing down their TCO (total cost of ownership) significantly.

We have seen that the solutions we implement are transformative as well as impactful for the customer’s business. Backed by Crayon’s vast solutions portfolio and their global vendor tie-ups, we are able to enable most of the customer’s business processes through best-in-class solutions, which directly benefit the customer and help them in their growth. We have helped customers in their global expansion as well as in scaling up their infrastructure as their businesses and employee counts have grown.

How can customers leverage the different solutions offered by Crayon Software?

The skills and the experience of the Crayon team on the leading cloud aggregator solutions offerings have helped our pre-sales team in architecting solutions for the customers to accurately meet their business requirements.

Which are the different technology services receiving maximum traction in the market?

We are witnessing a good demand for IAAS (Infrastructure as a service) and SAAS (Software as a service) among the corporates. There is also a very healthy requirement for quality Managed services offerings that are backed by SLA’s and competent and certified resources.

What are your future plans?

Meridian is in the process of implementing a comprehensive strategy with the objective of becoming a significant pan-India player over the next 2 years. Meridian enjoys an excellent relationship with Crayon and we will be leveraging this to expand our presence in the global markets as well. We are also launching a few niche products aimed at addressing specific cloud requirements of our customers.
