MapR Technologies  announced MapR Distribution  including Hadoop, which has new features that accelerate the data-centric enterprise by supporting real-time applications on globally-distributed, big and fast data.

The latest innovations from MapR optimize data architectures, making them more agile, scalable, and data centric. MapR helps organizations impact business “as-it-happens” through automated processes that shorten data-to-action cycles. New features include cross data center table replication for MapR-DB, the top ranked NoSQL solution that is integrated into the MapR Distribution including Hadoop.
