TietoEnator Buys Fortuna



TietoEnator has signed an agreement to acquire Fortuna Technologies in India,
for approximately EURO 21 mn. The acquisition supports TietoEnator Telecom and

Medias strategy to build qualified competence for telecom R&D and

provides an excellent complement to its current customer base and services

portfolio.

Educomp Buys Stake



Educomp announced that it has acquired 70.5% strategic stake in Toronto-based
Savvica. Educomps investment in Savicca is to leverage its Internet based

competencies in the areas of community building, online tutoring, Web-based

learning, and digital content.

that it has completed the acquisition of NetContinuum (NetCon), provider of Web

application Firewalls. The addition of NetContinuums products to Barracuda

TANDBERG, telepresence, high-definition videoconferencing and mobile video
soluitons provider, has announced completion of its acquisition of Codian,

developer of high-definition videoconferencing infrastructure products. The

transaction is valued at $270 mn.

Tricom to Buy US Co



Tricom has signed an MoU to acquire assets of the US-based Apex Document
Solutions a full service provider of litigation support services for legal

practitioners. Tricom has announced the acquisition of Apex Document Solutions

for $2 mn.
