Teledata Acquires Alpha Soft



Teledata Informatics has identified, invested and taken over 100% stake in

Alpha Soft Services, USA through its subsidiary. ASC was originally incorporated

as Tool Warehouse Company (a California Corporation) and was merged with

Alphasoft Services in 1998. In 2001 ASC merged with ASC Merger Corporation, a

Delaware and the name of the Company - Delaware Corporation was subsequently

changed to Alphasoft Services. Alpha soft is a $28 mn company providing high

quality IT services in the areas of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Data

Warehousing, E-Business and related technologies. Vendor specific technologies

include Oracle, PeopleSoft, BEA, IBM, ATG, Informatica, Business Objects, Cognos

and Microsoft.

Infinite Acquires Datagrid 



Infinite Computer Solutions has acquired Datagrid Services, a

Hyderbad based firm providing management  solutions.

The acquisition was done for an undisclosed amount. Through the acquisition

Infinite aims to supplement its existing BPO offerings in Hyderabad. Infinite

will also set up its own campus having a 3000 sq ft space in the city with an

investment of $10 mn.
