LAVA Appoints Head Corporate Finance and Chief Financial Officer

LAVA International Limited, a fast growing company in the mobile handset industry, appointed Ritesh Suneja as its Head Corporate Finance and Chief Financial Officer, International Operations. Ritesh will provide leadership to Lava International Limited in Corporate Finance and will also be the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Lava’s International Operations from China & Hong Kong.

Prior to Lava, Ritesh worked at LSE listed Essar Energy as Finance Controller, and as a Group Chief Financial Officer with Amira Nature Foods Limited. He has the credit of getting Amira Nature Foods Limited listed on New York Stock Exchange. He has also worked as a CFO for one of the largest US Energy company.He spent many years in UK, USA while working with Ernst & Young and Deloitte LLP. Ritesh has also attained extensive banking experience during his tenure with Punjab National Bank.

He is an  expert in Corporate strategy planning & execution which includes acquisitions, mergers, listing & delisting from stock exchanges, conceptualizing annual business plans and formulating strategies by providing key inputs, support and advisory to management in their decision making, thereby ensuring the achievement of statutory & corporate initiatives and execution of the company’s vision & core values.
