Merger between KPIT Infosystems and Cummins Infotech Nearly equal revenues from the US and Europe

A good example of successful inorganic growth was the merger of KPIT
Infosystems with Cummins Infotech, a 51% subsidiary of Cummins India.
Consequently, the merged entity catapulted into a high-growth trajectory. While
Cummins Inc remained its primary client, manufacturing and BFSI emerged as the
two biggest domains, contributing nearly 90% to total revenues. It was one of
the few companies to have a nearly equal focus on both the US and European
markets.
