A strong show by KMG Infotech in its bread and butter sector-insurance-coupled

with good third quarter results, helped it grow by 68%. However, operating

margin dropped to 14% from the previous year's 17%, but the company doubled

its bottom line growth to about Rs 4 crore. Onsite development far outweighed

the onsite-offshore mix, constituting 83% of the software exports revenues. This

Indian subsidiary of US-based Key Management Group projects a 55% increase in

employees in the current fiscal.
