This US-based SI in the financial and security services sector expanded its
India operations by setting up its third facility in Pune and also selected
Hyderabad for the fourth. It also raised its headcount by more than 1000 during
the year. Strategic alliances were the order of the day-the company joined
hands with Centerpost, Kabira, Universal Conversion Technologies and Partners
Consulting Group. It also signed a new four-year $65 million contract with
Household International, a wholly-owned HSBC subsidiary which accounted for
nearly 60% of its revenues.
