Jio Wi-Fi Calling is Currently Unavailable in These Cities

Jio Wi-Fi Calling services will be made available across the country between 7 and 16 January 2020, and is supported by 150 handsets of leading companies

Reliance Jio Wi-Fi Calling services, which was launched officially last week after being tested for a month, is now being made available to consumers across India. The Jio Wi-Fi Calling service is being appreciated by users across the country as it enables them to make voice and video calls for free on any WiFi network even without mobile connectivity.

However, while the service is being made available across several cities in India, it is still currently unavailable in a few places. Jio Wi-Fi Calling services have still not been activated in Mumbai and Jammu and Kashmir circles. The official account of Jio Care has conveyed this information to users who questioned the unavailability of the service despite having a handset that supports Jio Wi-Fi Calling.

“We are keen to help. Jio Wi-Fi Calling (VoWiFi) is currently available Kerala, Maharashtra (excluding Mumbai), Kolkata (excluding West Bengal), Delhi, Tamil Nadu, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh East, Uttar Pradesh West, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh circle,” says the official Jio Care account.

“We are here to help. Jio Wi-Fi Calling (VoWiFi) is availabe PAN India (Except Mumbai, Karnataka, Jammu & Kashmir Circle),” says another tweet. Nevertheless, the service may soon be made available in these circles as well considering the fact that it is being expanded throughout India until 16 January 2020.

Jio Wi-Fi Calling is supported by 150 handsets from different brands, which are as follows:
