Here is what will be offered under Jio GigaFiber or Jio Fiber services as well as Jio DTH or Jio Set top Box:

Mukesh Ambani also said that existing Jio Fiber customers can now enjoy cable TV services, which will be relayed with the help of existing local cable operators. “With Jio’s upgraded infrastructure, LCOs can better DTH,” said Mukesh Ambani. Jio’s 4K set top box can accept broadcast signal from LCO partner cable.
Jio Set top box also allows multi-player and social gaming with anyone from anywhere across the world. Called the Jio Holoboard, the mixed reality headsets will be available for purchase in the market at an “extremely affordable price” said Reliance.
Mukesh Ambani also announced that Jio GigaFiber or Jio Fiber will be extended to small and medium enterprises. He added that SMBs are at par with large enterprises. Jio Fiber would offer them reliable connectivity along with cloud applications. “All the innovations displayed today have been created by Indian startups,” added Ambani. The Jio Fiber service will be available from 5 September 2019. Jio Fiber will be priced between Rs 700 and 10,000 per month. Voice calls will be absolutely free says Mr Amabani. Also, an unlimited international calling pack has been announced at Rs 500.
In what can most certainly termed an interesting move, Jio Fiber and Jio Set Top Box owners will be able to watch movies released in theatres on a first day and first show basis from the comfort of their homes from September 2020 onwards, added Mukesh Ambani.
Furthermore, Jio IoT services and Jio Blockchain solutions will also be introduced.
