The Ministry of Human Resource and Development has announced the launch of a dedicated app to help students appearing for JEE Main 2020 and NEET prepare for their examinations. The app by the name NATIONAL TEST ABHYAAS has been made available for Android users, and will soon be made available in the iOS version as well, says the ministry.
“After receiving multiple requests from students regarding the preparation for competitive exams, I advised NTA to create an app that would aid students to prepare for these exams efficiently,” said Dr Ramesh P Nishank, Union HRD Minister.
The app will provide one full question paper of 3 hours duration for JEE Main 2020 and NEET aspirants. The three-hour-long paper can be taken by students as per their convenience, and immediate scores and the correct answers with explanations will be provided to students over the app. Examinees can also analyze the time spent on different sections.
Another portal helping students with JEE Mains preparation is the National Digital Library of India (NDLI). Students can access the preparation module for JEE Main 2020 by simply logging in to the official NDLI website. There are currently over 3,300 items pertaining to the IIT JEE Main study material. The study material includes solutions to the various JEE Main examinations conducted over the years. JEE Main 2020 examination after being postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic is now scheduled to be held on July 18, 20, 21, 22 and 23. As of now, the National Testing Agency has also opened up the portal to receive fresh online applications until 24 May 2020.
