ITC Infotech developed this solution by drawing upon proficiencies and expertise in delivering customer experience and digital transformations for service across a multitude of industries. This solution is aimed at improving self-service, assisted service and field service interactions for B2C and B2B industries. Improved service outcomes and a stellar service experience is expected to enable customers to improve top line and bottom line growth while also enabling them to expand their market share.

Commenting on the collaboration, L.N.
