ISRO YUVIKA 2020 result has just been announced on the official website, and there are 368 names of students on the provisional list

ISRO YUVIKA 2020 result has finally been announced on the Indian Space Research Organisation’s official website. There are a total of 368 names of provisionally selected students on the list who will now have to upload documents on the YUVIKA 2020 web page before 26 March 2020.

The final list of the selected students will be announced on 31 March. Provisionally selected students need to keep the following documents ready:

  1. Documents supporting the performance of the students in 8th standard.
  2. Certificates or documents for prizes won in school events conducted by the school or education board from the year 2016 onwards such as elocution, debate, essay writing and so on. District level prizes will be given 2 percent weightage, state level – 4 percent weightage, national level – 6 percent weightage and international level – 10 percent weightage.
  3. Certificates or documents for prizes won in sports activities conducted by the school or education board from the year 2016 onwards. District level prizes will be given 2 percent weightage, state level – 4 percent weightage, national level – 6 percent weightage and international level – 10 percent weightage.
  4. Members of scouts, guides, NCC, or NSS member during the current academic year, which is 2019 to 2020.
  5. Students studying in rural schools will get 15 percent weightage, therefore, certificate of proof must be produced from the head of the school stating: The school, where the candidate is studying should is located in block or village Panchayath area.

The ISRO YUVIKA 2020 result can be found on the official Young Scientist Programme webpage. The list provided on the ISRO website is finals, and students are advised not to fall prey to any other websites or mails offering a seat in the ISRO YUVIKA 2020 programme.
