ISRO recruitment 2023 has been announced for 53 new apprentice positions available at the Indian Space Research Organization Headquarters

ISRO recruitment 2023 is now being conducted at the Indian Space Research Organization Headquarters for 43 new apprenticeship positions. Those selected will be engaged under the Apprentices Act 1961 and Amendment Act of 1973 for training in 2023. Candidates who have acquired a degree or diploma from any recognized university or technical board coming under the Southern Region of Board of Apprenticeship Training, which includes the states of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Puducherry. While graduate apprentices will be paid Rs 9000, diploma apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 8000. 

Who Can Apply for ISRO Recruitment 2023?

The latest ISRO recruitment notification says that there are 43 new vacancies for which candidates with the following qualifications can apply:

Candidates with a BE or BTech in the following streams can apply for the following vacancies:

Fire technology and safety 2

Candidates with a diploma in engineering or technology in the following streams can apply for the following vacancies:

Apart from the above mentioned vacancies, there are 20 positions available for candidates with a Diploma in Commercial Practice. Only Indian nationals can apply for the vacancies. The candidates who have passed sandwich courses, obtained private degree, short term, or certificate courses are not eligible to apply for the vacancies.

How to Apply for ISRO Recruitment 2023?

The candidates will have to fill the application in UMANG Portal, and submit the same before 11 January 2023. Some of the documents that will be required are marksheets of all semesters and degree of provisional certificate. Candidates are required to use a valid and active e-mail ID to register, which will be used for future communications. Applicants need to note that only one application can be submitted with one email address. 

Furthermore, candidates applying for the graduate apprentice need to register themselves and enrol on the NATS portal. Applicants need to take care while entering details as the application, once submitted, cannot be changed. The notification mentions that upon online registration, applicants will be provided with an online registration number which should be carefully preserved for future reference.
