ISRO recruitment 2021 is currently underway at Human Space Flight Centre (HSFC) for 6 new Junior Translation Officer vacancies

ISRO recruitment 2021 is being conducted at present for 6 new Junior Translation Officer vacancies available at the Human Space Flight Centre (HSFC). HSFC has been formed as the new centre under the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), and the centre is located temporarily in the ISRO Headquarters campus, Bengaluru. The Junior Translation Officer posts are temporary, which are likely to be continued indefinitely. Those selected will be paid a monthly salary of up to Rs 1,12,400.

Who Can Apply for ISRO Recruitment 2021?

The latest ISRO recruitment notification issued on the official website says that there are a total of 6 new Junior Translation Officer vacancies for which candidates with the following qualifications can apply:

  • Master’s degree from a recognized university in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level.
  • Master’s degree from a recognized university in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level.
  • Master’s degree from a recognized university in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level.
  • Master’s degree from a recognized university in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level.
  • Master’s degree from a recognized university in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level.

In addition to the mentioned degrees, all participants need to have a recognized diploma or certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa or two years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central or State Government office, including the Government of India undertakings.

How to Apply for ISRO Recruitment 2021?

Interested and eligible candidates will have to submit online applications on the official ISRO website from 30 October to 20 November 2021. Unreserved and OBC candidates will have to pay an online application fee of Rs 250 while submitting applications. The final selection will be done amongst qualified candidates, purely based on the scores obtained in the written test. Those who wish to submit applications are advised to go through the official notification for further information.
