Mere 80k for a PG doctor? An IT guy earns that much in 15 days ,that too putting in half the anong of efforts and time to gain a qualification. Patriotism is ok but a salary should be decent. A paeditrican can ratn 80 k in 4 to 5 daud in private practice.

You have to be part of the revenue centre in an organisation to command higher salaries. Engineers and scientists are the revenue centres in ISRO, doctors are viewed as liabilities from a cost perspective. Similarly, an engineer or an MBA working in a hospital will be under paid compared to doctors.

    Worst place to stay in
I have already worked there as a pediatrician
No facilities and job will be like a jail
    Don’t get bakra
They will keep interview in Chennai to bluff u
Waste of time though a govt job
U won’t get proper food also to eat there

@DrAshokKamble If your brain can compare patriotism with salary… this job is not for you… Kindly open a clinic, you will earn way more than this… And plz leave India as soon as possible cause we true patriots hate people like you.. 😊

Ashok kamble: your caliculations are wrong. Working in ISRO is honor to you. ISRO facilitate everything to you.

Real-estate agent earning 4lkhs in a month. So,you donot compare with that too.

You really want to work for ISRO ,then apply for it.Otherwise leave it.

Earning salary of 80k is enough to live in India with some other semi-luxury things around you. I don’t even want anything else. We should be the one to struggle for our nation, and our generations shall benefit from it.

@Dr Ashok Kamble… Yeah probably you are right that the pay may not be enough for PG doctor… But don’t think of any normal entry IT guy won’t be earning… 80k in 15 days… Unless he is from IIT or so… But you have to look at the industry perspective. A maintenance engineer in corporate hospital won’t be earning as much as he earns out side… Same applies here… In tech field… Dr has nominal role… Who ever interested can go in elite company. I bet they will be flooeded with applications for the same pay…

Worst place to Stay with ISRO. Life is hell here. Dictatorship attitude of seniors. You have to work 14- 16 hours even on Holidays. Forget about personal life and health. Engineers are treated as slave even after 4 years job. You will not learn nothing. You can not get any transfer. Live in isolation. My daughter is working with ISRO. Very bad future for girls. I will like to advise, say no to ISRO.
