ISRO recruitment 2019 for engineers has begun for as many as 327 vacancies as part of the centralised recruitment of the Indian Space Research Organisation. The vacancies available are that of Scientist/Engineer positions for different streams of engineering and the mode of application is online. Selected candidates are eligible for a pay of Rs 56,100 per month, which is level 10 in the pay matrix. In addition, dearness allowance (DA), house rent allowance (HRA) and transport allowance are payable as per extant rules on the subject

Who can Apply for ISRO Recruitment 2019 for Engineers?

As per the official ISRO Recruitment 2019 notification issued on the ISRO website, the total number of available vacancies are 327 of which 131 are for candidates with Electronics Engineering, 135 are for candidates with Mechanical Engineering, 58 are for candidates with Computer Science Engineering, and 3 are for candidates with Electronics Engineering (Autonomous Body).

All engineering degrees must be of BE, BTech or equivalent in First Class with an aggregate minimum of 65 percent marks or CGPA 6.84/10. As this is the centralised ISRO recruitment, candidates who are selected are liable to be posted at any ISRO centre or Department of Space centre across the country.

How to Apply for ISRO Recruitment 2019 for Engineers?

Interested and eligible candidates need to apply online on the official ISRO website, and all other modes of application will be rejected. The application for online registration will be hosted in the ISRO website between 15 October 2019 and 04 November 2019. Interested and eligible candidates registered under National Career Services (NCS) portal and fulfilling the eligibility conditions may apply.

Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an online Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference. E-mail ID of the applicant is to be given in the application on a mandatory basis. An online application fee of Rs 100 needs to be made as well using Internet Banking/Debit Card or ‘offline’ by visiting nearest SBI Branch.
