ISRO recruitment 2019 is being conducted at the Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre (LPSC), Kerala for several vacancies. Apart from permanent vacancies that are available and have already been discussed here, LPSC has also invited applications from Civil and Electrical Engineers for the positions of Contact Engineer. Selected candidates will be eligible for a monthly salary of Rs 30,000.

Who can Apply for ISRO Recruitment 2019?

As per the notification issued on the official LPSC website, there are 4 vacancies of Contract Engineer available of which 3 are for Civil Engineers and 1 is for Electrical Engineers. The candidates must have a BE or BTech degree in first class with an aggregate of 65 percent marks from a recognized board or university as well as one year of work experience.

The tenure of the contract appointment is a period of two years, which could be extended based on the need. Candidates should not be over 35 years of age as on 25 October 2019; however, there is age relaxation for OBC, Ex-Servicemen, PWBDs as per Government of India rules.

Interested and eligible candidates need to send an application in the format enclosed in the following link, along with self-attested true copies of the relevant certificates or mark sheets (semester/year wise) or testimonials along with the application without which the application will be rejected. The applications need to be sent to Administrative Officer, Recruitment Section, Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre, Valiamala PO, Thiruvananthapuram 695547 on or before 25 October 2019 by post in a cover superscribed “Application for the position of Engineer (Civil/Electrical) on short-term contract”. Candidates are advised to go through the recruitment notification in detail before applying for the posts.
