ISRO Recruitment 2019: Antrix Corporation is Looking to Hire Company Secretary, Salary Rs 50,000

A fresh ISRO recruitment 2019 notification has been issued. This time, the vacancy is at Antric Corporation, which is the commercial arm of ISRO. Antrix is inviting application for recruitment for the post of ‘Company Secretary’ on Contract basis for a period of one year. The contract, however, is extendable, based on the discretion of the company.

Antrix is a wholly owned Government of India Company under Department of Space. While its primary objective is to promote the ISRO's products, services and technologies, the company also markets space products and services to national and international customers.

Who is Eligible to Apply as per the ISRO Recruitment 2019 Notification?

Indian nationals who are 63 years old and below as on 1 May 2019, and are Associate Company Secretary (ACS) or Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretary (FCS), and have retired from central or state public sector undertakings (both superannuation and voluntary retirement) with minimum 5 years experience as Company Secretary in CPSU or SPSU can apply for the post. The posting is available Bengaluru, Karnataka. The candidate is required to have good communication skills, have a good knowledge of company laws, and keep themselves up-to-date with latest developments, says the ISRO recruitment 2019 for Antrix. The selected candidate will be eligible for a pay of Rs 50,000, along with an increment of Rs 5,000 each year after completion on one year.
