ISRO Cyberspace Competition 2020 results will be announced on 25 September 2020. The Indian Space Research Organisation had conducted the online competitions in the form of drawing, essay, quiz and model making for school students from classes one to twelve from all across the country. ISRO said that it was conducting ICC 2020 to play its unifying role for the young minds of the country by involving them in various online competitions and helping them showcase their potential talents.
Details of the ISRO Cyberspace Competition 2020
The online competitions were held from 3 July to 29 August 2020 and were individual events, and the details are as follows:
- Classes 1 to 3 took part in the drawing competition for which the topic was Viewing Earth From Space.
- Classes 4 to 8 took part in the model making competition for which the topic was Indian Launch Vehicle.
- Classes 9 to 10 took part in the essay competition for which the topic was Space Environment and Its Challenges.
- Classes 11 and 12 took part in essay and quiz competitions for which the topics were Challenges and Possibilities in frontier Research area of Space Science and Technology in next two Decades, and Basic Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Space Science and activities related to Indian Space Programme, respectively.
While all participants will receive certificates from ISRO through e-mail, the names of the top 500 students will be announced on the ISRO website on 25 September and merit certificates will be dispatched by e-mail or post. Names of the winners will be displayed on the official ISRO Cyberspace Competition 2020 (ICC 2020) page.
