Who Can Live Register for ISRO Careers

The ISRO official website mentions that PhD holders, including candidates who have submitted their thesis and are awaiting degrees, in specialised areas of studies in engineering/science/technology relevant to Indian Space Programmes such as Aeronautics, Atmospheric Sciences, Agriculture, Chemical, Civil, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Computer, Electro-Optics, Control Systems, Electrical, Electronics, Material Science and Metallurgy, Environmental, Geology, Structures, Telecommunication, Mechanical, Oceanography, Power Systems, Remote Sensing, Space Science, Water Resources and so on can live register themselves on the official ISRO website for possible employment in the organisation. The candidates must be Indian citizens below 40 years of age.

Also, Indian candidates below 35 years of age who hold PG degrees in engineering/science/ technology, with a minimum of two years of relevant research experience in emerging areas of technology or advanced scientific research in any international agencies are eligible for registering live. Eligible candidates can read more about the above and register themselves live (valid for 12 months) on the official ISRO website. Only registering live does not promise employment in ISRO, and shortlisted candidates will be reviewed by a committee.
