IOCL Recruitment 2021: Online Applications Invited from Engineers with GATE 2021 Scores, Salary Rs 50,000

IOCL recruitment 2021 for engineers will soon begin for Engineers or Officers, and Graduate Apprentice Engineer vacancies for which applicants will be selected through their GATE 2021 scores. Candidates who have completed their chemical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, instrumentation engineering, and mechanical engineering may apply for the vacancies. Candidates selected as Engineers or Officers will receive a starting Basic Pay of Rs. 50,000 per month and will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 50,000  to 1,60,000, and those selected as Graduate Apprentice Engineers will get paid a monthly stipend.

Who Can Apply for IOCL Recruitment 2021 for Engineers?

The latest IOCL recruitment notification says that the vacancies are open to graduate engineers from the following streams of engineering:

• Chemical engineering: Petrochemicals, polymer, plastic engineering but excluding rubber, oil, paint technology, surfactant technology, and ceramics engineering.
• Civil engineering excluding construction, environmental, and transportation engineering.
• Electrical engineering: Electrical and electronics engineering but excluding electrical and communication, power engineering and telecommunication engineering.
• Instrumentation engineering: Electronics and instrumentation engineering, instrumentation and control engineering but excluding electronics and communication engineering, and telecommunication engineering.
• Mechanical engineering excluding automation, automobile, industrial, manufacturing, power, production engineering, mining engineering and technology, mining and machinery, marine engineering, textile engineering, robotics, and welding.

Candidates must have qualified in the GATE 2021 examination from one of the following disciplines as well:

• Chemical engineering (GATE 2021 code: CH).
• Civil engineering (GATE 2021 code: CE).
• Electrical engineering (GATE 2021 code: EE).
• Instrumentation Engineering (GATE 2021 code: IN).
• Mechanical engineering (GATE 2021 code: ME)

How to Apply for IOCL Recruitment 2021 for Engineers?

Interested applicants can apply on the IOCL website from10 July 2021 onwards until 26 July 2021. Prior to applying online, candidates would be required to register their email id and mobile number on the online portal. After registration of email id and mobile number, request for change of mobile number and e-mail ID will not be entertained. Some of the documents that will be required while submitting applications online are as follows:

• Scanned copy of recent color passport size photograph, not older than 6 months.
• Scanned copy of the signature.
• Aadhaar card.
