Online applications for IOCL recruitment 2021 have begun for 480 new technical and non-technical trade apprentice vacancies available in Indian Oil Corporation Limited’s s locations in states of South India namely Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Those selected will be engaged for a period of one year, and the rate of stipend payable to apprentices per month will be as prescribed under Apprentices Act 1961, 1973 or Apprentices Rules 1992 and as amended from time to time.
Who Can Apply for IOCL Recruitment 2021?
The latest IOCL recruitment notification says that there are 480 trade apprentice and technician apprentice vacancies, and the qualifications required for the same are as follows:
Trade apprentice vacancies: Matric with two-year ITI course in fitter, electrician, mechanic, instrument mechanic, or machinist course.
Technician apprentice vacancies: Three years diploma in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, electrical and electronics, or electronics engineering with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General and OBC and 45% in case of SC, ST or PwBD candidates for reserved positions from a recognized institute or university.
Trade apprentice accountant: Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General and OBC and 45% in case of SC, ST or PwBD candidates for reserved positions from a recognized Institute or University.
Trade apprentice-data entry operator and retail sales associate (fresher):Minimum 12th Pass (but below graduate).
Trade apprentice-retail sales associate (skilled certificate holders): Minimum 12th Pass (but below Graduate). Additionally, candidates should possess a Skill Certificate of 'Retail Trainee Associate' for the training of less than one year issued by an awarding body recognized under the National Skill Qualifications Framework or any other authority recognized by the Central Government.
How To Apply for IOCL Recruitment 2021?
Candidates who meet the required eligibility criteria will have to submit online applications on the official IOCL website before 28 August 2021 at 5 PM IST. Candidates will be allowed to apply for any one discipline, and candidates applying for more than one discipline code will not be considered and their applications will be summarily rejected.
