Examine the job postings. After you've completed your profile, you may browse the job listings. You may also narrow down the listings by region, job type (full-time, part-time, temporary, intern), skills and qualifications, degree, and company (Google, GFiber, Waymo, Verily Life Sciences, Wing, X, and YouTube).

Every 30 days, you can apply for up to three positions.

Candidate evaluation Google assessments can take a variety of forms:

Assessments: You may be required to complete a brief online evaluation, such as a coding quiz.

Project work: Before their in-depth interviews, Google jobs may require candidates to perform a short project, such as preparing a case study or presenting writing or code samples.

Interview: Google conducts three to four interviews in one day, either over the phone or in person, to assess skills and check if the candidate's talents match the post's requirements.

Google interviews are conducted in two formats:

Structured interviewing: Each candidate is evaluated using defined rubrics, and those rubrics are used for all people being considered for that post so that everyone is examined from the same perspective, allowing their uniqueness to emerge.

Google asks open-ended questions to understand how you address difficulties. Google wants to know how your mind works, how you work with others, and your skills. It is also worth noting that Google provides accommodation for the interview procedure if necessary.

Finally, after completing the interviews, Google compiles and reviews everything from your application and interviews before making an offer.
