Infosys declared the appointment of Jayesh Sanghrajka as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, which comes into effect on 1 April 2024. This transition follows the decision of Nilanjan Roy, who, after serving as CFO since 2018, has chosen to step down to pursue personal aspirations outside of Infosys. Nilanjan will continue in the capacity of CFO until 31 March 2024.
The Board of Directors expressed profound appreciation for Nilanjan Roy and recognized his significant contributions during his tenure as CFO. Jayesh Sanghrajka, currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer, boasts an extensive tenure of over 18 years at Infosys, spanning two distinct periods. Bringing more than 25 years of professional experience to his new role, Jayesh is a Chartered Accountant.

With a career spanning over 25 years in diverse finance functions, Jayesh has been associated with Infosys for a cumulative period of 18 years, initially from 2000-07 and subsequently since December 2012. Appointed as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer for the Infosys Group in October 2015, Jayesh oversees various facets of the finance function, including investor relations, business finance, corporate finance, treasury, and tax. Additionally, he manages the mergers and acquisitions portfolio. Recognized as the 'Most Promising Future CFO' by Businessworld magazine in 2016, Jayesh is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant.

Nilanjan Roy is a prominent global player in next-generation digital services and consulting. His previous roles include serving as the Global Chief Financial Officer at Bharti Airtel Ltd. and occupying various leadership positions within the organization. Prior to his tenure at Bharti Airtel, he contributed to Unilever's operations in India, Europe, and the United States.
His expertise encompasses a range of areas, including shareholder value creation, ESG and corporate governance, treasury and funding, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, taxation, financial accounting, and reporting.
