Infosys Internship Program InStep for Students Ranked the Best Again, Here’s How to Apply

Infosys Internship program InStep also offers a career progression plan with over 70 percent of eligible interns having received full-time offers last year

Infosys internship program InStep, which the flagship global internship program of the IT giant Infosys, has been awarded the title of ‘Best Overall Internship Program’ in the 2023 Vault Internship Rankings for the fifth consecutive year. This particular year 285 interns from different academic backgrounds, representing 143 universities and 34 nationalities took part in the Infosys internship. The company says that over 70 percent of eligible interns received full-time offers as well post the internship period.

The internship program runs throughout the year to accommodate different academic calendars. Therefore, students have been advised to apply four to five months in advance. While recommendations are not required to apply for the  Infosys internship, students will have to keep the references ready. Interns will be selected on a project-to-project basis, and participants have also been advised to apply after taking a look at the list of projects that Infosys is looking to hire interns for currently.

How to Apply for Infosys Internship Program?

Interested candidates can write to intern@infosys.com to know more about the current projects that are available, and also take a look at the company’s Facebook page, YouTube channel or official blog to know more about the profiles of the candidates the company is looking for. Students who meet the eligibility criteria will then have to do the following:

• Upload their resume, and fill out the form provided in the official website.
• Take look at the list of upcoming projects, and then choose three projects that they would like to work on.
• Once the resume reaches the InStep team, it will be evaluated by a committee of speacialists who will try to match the submitted profile with program requirements.
• Upon successful evaluation of the profile, candidates will be invited to attend a telephonic interview.
• Those selected will be contacted again within two weeks of giving the interview.
• Shortlisted candidates will then receive the offer, and will be helped with further support such as Visa and logistics.
