Infosys internship program called InStep is a fully paid global internship program for which interested students can apply
Infosys internship program, InStep, was ranked as the ‘Best Overall Internship Program’ in the 2021 Vault Internship Rankings. The rankings published by vault.com, a career intelligence organization, distinguished Infosys as the only global organization to have received this ranking four times in a row, according to a statement from the company. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Infosys InStep is being conducted virtually with over 250 interns representing 123 universities and 39 nationalities working remotely throughout the course of the program.
The Infosys internship program is fully paid, and provides interns with an opportunity to work on real-time projects across corporate functions and business units, including financial services, strategic engineering group, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and cybersecurity. The company has stated that nearly 70 percent of the eligible interns also received job offers last year. “Infosys InStep has brought together the power of digital platforms and learning tools to ensure the safety of interns and deliver on its commitment to provide them the best learning experience, across geographies,” said Pravin Rao, chief operating officer, Infosys.

Interested students will have to submit their resumes on the official website by mentioning all the information required by the company within the resume. Resumes must resume consist of phone number, areas of interest, CGPA, key skills, past experience or academic projects, year of expected graduation, university name, stream of education, and work authorization details. Students can choose any 3 projects, from the list of projects provided on the website, which suit their career aspirations. Resumes are evaluated in March, September and all throughout the year as well by a committee of specialists who will try to match the students profile with program requirements.
